Captains Rib Shack

This is a must place to go to if you are in Sint Maarten! Food was excellent and staff all very friendly. Everything on the menu is a must try. I have been to this place two times while I was there. Oxtail plate is a must! Ribs very tasty. Every plate has 2 slides the Mac and cheese you have to get with the plate.

This is a great place to grab some ribs and a drink. The prices are reasonable and the food is outstanding. The bbq sauce was great with a touch of spice but not too much. That being said the ribs honestly didn’t even need sauce.

Right on the strip. Definitely worth the pay and food. Will go back when I come to Saint marteen. Ribs are top tier. . Rice and peas are great and flavored. Mac and cheese can be more creamier but for a mac and cheese custard was good to have. Drinks are worth it.

The smell aroused my tastebuds. The chicken and ribs were very tender and flavorful. I food was fresh and a hefty portion, equal to two meals. The service was okay, customary to what I've experienced on the island.

This place was a great start to the trip. It’s so chill & cool. I could go here daily, the food was good. The music and energy was good. I really like the noodles with shrimp and the Captains Guava-berry Twist drink was 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to come back here. My sister loved the ribs too!

Loved Captain’s Rib Shack! Come on a Thursday for “Rib Fest” - all you can eat ribs!I ordered the jerk chicken wings, mac n cheese, and spaghetti. My bf indulged himself in rib fest with mac n cheese.Let me tell you - as someone from the US, it is very hard to top the versions of mac n cheese we make. This Mac n cheese was baked, served in squares, and had an amazing flavor in creamy sauce. Probably the best restaurant mac I’ve ever had!! The ribs were smoky, well seasoned, tender, and delicious. The jerk chicken wings were the perfect amount of spice, juicy, and fall off the bone!!! I’ve never had the spaghetti before but I really liked it as well. Very spicy and seasoned.The atmosphere was just as great as the food! On Thursdays they have live music and performers. If you want good food and a lively spot to eat at, this is the place to go.

Amazing place! This is a top 3 food destination on the island! It's a must, and the ribs are the best on the island. I tried "NoWhere Special" ribs, and they were not as good as "Captain's Rib Shack"... the food, service, and atmosphere was out of this world! The owner is a staple in the community and he gives back to the people! We went twice!!!!

Food was great!!! Drink was on point! Customer service was good! I enjoyed every minute of my visit. I will put this spot on my return list next time I'm in town.
